2. Scope and categories of data

Depending on how you contact us, we may process your name, e-mail address, phone number, message content, company details, information contained in CVs or application messages, information about professional experience, qualifications, permits and availability, as well as technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of connection if such data is recorded in server logs.

Applicant data for the current process is stored for the duration of recruitment and then for the period needed to secure potential claims. Data for future recruitment is stored only with voluntary consent for up to 12 months unless the consent is withdrawn earlier.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with service providers and persons supporting the Controller in hosting, IT, e-mail services, administrative, accounting, legal or technical support, and in handling inquiries and recruitment. Data is not sold to third parties.

6. International transfers

As a rule, data is processed within the European Economic Area. If technical tools result in a transfer outside the EEA, such transfer will take place only with safeguards required by the GDPR.

8. Data subject rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, request data portability where applicable, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. 9. Complaint to supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
